ProTicio is a time reporting and invoicing-overview service operated by Lerudi Consulting SL ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms.
ProTicio lets your organization record working time against clients and projects, follow up the uninvoiced balance, and export reports. New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial; continued use after the trial requires an active subscription. You may export your data at any time and may stop using the service whenever you wish.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for ensuring you are entitled to store the client and personnel information you record. Each user account is personal and may not be shared.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ProTicio produces overviews and documents based on the data you enter; it does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the correctness of invoices and statutory filings you produce with its help. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it during the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data beyond our backup obligations described in the privacy section.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change functionality over time and will not remove core capabilities from paid plans without reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or remain unpaid after the trial. These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes belong to the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Lerudi Consulting SL, Calle Pozos de Sierrezuela 32, 29651 Mijas, Málaga, España (CIF ESB93515062) is the data controller for account and billing data, and the data processor for the business data your organization stores in its workspace (time entries, client names, project names, notes). We do not sell data, run advertising, or use tracking or analytics scripts.
Data is stored in the European Union (database in AWS eu-west-2, London operated via Supabase). Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days. When you delete your workspace — or ask us to at p@lerudi.com — its data is removed from the live database immediately and leaves the backup rotation within 30 days.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing p@lerudi.com. Workspace owners can also download the organization's complete data (Excel or JSON) from the Team page at any time — full self-service portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Both providers process data under their EU data processing terms including Standard Contractual Clauses where transfers outside the EEA occur.
